2. Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content. We do not collect any other personal data through this website. No analytics scripts or advertising trackers are used.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6: (b) to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — when you inquire about API access; (f) legitimate interest — we retain correspondence as evidence of the business relationship and for potential legal claims. We do not process your data for marketing without your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing without explicit consent.

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically essential cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are set. See our Cookies page for details.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and our responses for up to 2 years. Both the original request and our reply are kept as evidence of the communication and for potential legal claims. After 2 years all correspondence is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion — see section 7.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data — request a copy of what we hold; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (right to be forgotten) — we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons; restrict or object to processing; data portability. To exercise any right, send a written request to info@bruncsoft.com with the subject line "GDPR Request — [your right]". We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
