Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Frontend AI (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Access & API Key
Access to the Service requires an API key issued by Bruncsoft. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to build and operate legitimate software products. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or operate in any way that damages the Service or other users.
4. Intellectual Property
Bruncsoft retains ownership of the Service. Upon receipt of a valid API key you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to use the template code in your own projects. You own content and data your users generate.
5. Modifications
Bruncsoft may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bruncsoft does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruncsoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
